We Heard They Have A Nice Set Of Buns: 4 Best Burger Joints In Brooklyn

I don’t know about you, but there is nothing I love more than a giant burger with a side of fries, and of course, a beer to end a crazy week. Maybe add bacon to that, another beer or two-and I’m set.

Summer, winter, fall, spring — it doesn’t matter. Burgers are the perfect food to binge on whether you’re at a cook out, or need somewhere warm to go after a crazy New England snowstorm.

So, if you’re like me, you’re probably looking for those life changing burgers here in Brooklyn. With the insane amount of restaurants, it’s hard to pinpoint the best places to get a perfectly cooked burger that also has your favorite beer on tap. Luckily, I’ve been to a few places, eaten one too many burgers, and found the top four burger joints you MUST try while in Brooklyn.

1. Two8Two Bar & Burger

See how the word “bar” is included in the name? We’re already off to a great start.

This is one of the first burger places I stumbled into upon moving to Brooklyn, and I will never regret it. They have endless types of burgers, even their turkey burger is to die for. The fries are perfect.

The atmosphere is cozy, but also ideal for a summer night with the restaurant’s little garden with seating in the back.

What more could you ask for? Oh yea, beer. They have plenty of that — along with cocktails and wine if you’re not feeling a PBR with your massive burger.

2. Bareburger

Another favorite of mine. Maybe that’s a sign I go out too much, or just really like burgers. Either way, this place is dynamite. The burgers are endless — as in you can build your own burger with meats like elk or bison or try one of its creations (which saves the hassle and are definitely worth choosing). And you can most definitely order a beer with all of that.

Another plus? They deliver, and you’re food is still piping hot and delicious just as it is in the restaurant (okay seriously, I should probably lay off eating out).

3. Mooburger

Doesn’t the name alone make you want to go right now? And this photo?

Mooburger

Mooburger provides organic burgers, sides, and drinks that are ALL handcrafted with fresh and local ingredients. In my opinion, that makes them all the better.

The menu will leave your mouth watering as well with choices like; Southern Style Fried Chicken Burger (yes please), Bacon Classic (all about it), Brooklyn Chili, and Moo-less for the non-meat eaters out there.

Something for everyone, fresh ingredients, and it just looks amazing. Definitely a top four worthy burger joint in my book.

4. Brooklyn Burgers & Beer

Crazy good burgers and craft beer is their motto, how could we not want to try that? I mean, again, look at this burger (drooool).

Like Bareburger, Brooklyn Burgers & Beer has the “build your own burger” option, which I personally love. Sometimes certain sauces that burger joints throw on my meal is not up my ally, so I like to be given the option to build my own burger.

The names of this restaurants’ burgers make you want to try them all in one sitting, however, I don’t condone doing that (as much as I want to). They serve lamb, turkey, black bean, and about 10 other patty options.

Options are always ideal.

Their bar setting is what really draws me to this particular place, as you can see in the photo below.

That is a place that I want to sit down and have a really great burger and a cold beer — and I know I can get it a Brooklyn Burgers & Beer.

Are you drooling yet from look at all of these burgers, and thinking about all the options you have here in the BK? I am just telling you about it, and I’ve already been to some of these places. So, if you’re looking for something to do this weekend, I suggest taking a stroll into Brooklyn, choosing one of these burger hubs, and diving into your favorite stacked burger and a cold glass of brew.
